Custom Guitar Denys
This guitar is part of the custom models, made to order by the luthier. The NW Denys was designed in collaboration with the guitarist and his ideas. It is a reimagined shape inspired by the BC Rich Mockingbird.
It is a 7-string guitar dedicated to metal, with a mahogany body and an ash top. The neck is made of multi-ply maple and mahogany, to bring brightness to the sound. The ebony fingerboard provides precise and sharp attacks and a very black look!
The pickups are SP Custom Chaosland III, hand-wound for heavy output! The electronics are passive, but sufficient to have a high level of output gain even without a preamp.
For finish, the top is satin black open pores varnished, and the neck and body are oiled. This thin finish allows the guitar’s resonance to breathe and feel the instrument vibrating under your fingers.
